     Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 17 May 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.

    This is to further inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 15 April 2018 till 19 May 2018 (both days inclusive) for the designated persons of the Company, who have already been informed of the same.
