With reference to our announcement dated 30th September, 2019, regarding Board Meeting to be held on Friday, 8th November, 2019 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors Meeting is rescheduled on Thursday, 14th November, 2019 inter alia, to consider, approve unaudited
financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019.
Further, In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, which already stands closed with effect from October 1, 2019, would continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
