We hereby inform you that Mr. Satish Kumar SS, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from his position, effective from closing business hours of March 15, 2019.
Consequent to the resignation, Mr. Siddharth Mittal, President Finance and Chief Financial Officer will act as interim Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Satish Kumar SS, and authorised to make necessary communications and filings with the stock exchanges or any other regulatory authority (ies), till the appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
