In continuation to our letter dated 21st July 2022 regarding declaration of dividend we would like to inform that the Company has provided facility for submission of necessary documents to apply for deduction of TDS at a lower rate. Details and list of documents to be submitted are given in the letter as placed on the website of the Company at: https://www.srf.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/TDS-Information-for-Shareholders-2022-23-1st-Int-Div.pdf Shareholders are requested to please submit details latest by 31st July 2022 in order to enable the Company to determine and deduct appropriate TDS / withholding tax at the time of payment of dividend.
