    Appointment of Mr. Chaitanya Jalan (DIN: 07540301) as an Additional Director (Executive), for a period of 5 years w.e.f 9th November 2019

    Further as per SEBI Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018,it is submitted that Mr. Chaitanya Jalan is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authorit
