     We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 25,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 21.05.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

    The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,53,57,072 (256,76,78,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,54,08,472 (256,77,04,236 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
