     This is to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. July 24 2020 Mr. Krishan Lal Chugh (DIN: 00140124), has stepped down from the Board of Gati Limited both as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Company, due to his age, ill health and stressful work environment.

    Mr. Chugh while stepping down nominated Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty (DIN: 00012754), member of the Board, as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. July 24, 2020. This decision was accepted by the Board unanimously.
