In continuation of our letter no. SEIL/Sec./SE/19-20/36 dated October 24, 2019, regarding the notice of the
Board Meeting, please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have
considered and approved:
1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for half year and 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2019;
2. The appointment of Ms. Namrata Kaul as an Additional Director and Woman Independent Director of
the Company w.e.f. November 06, 2019 for a term of 3 years, based on the recommendation made by
the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment is subject to the approval of the
shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; and
3. The revised Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
