Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on November 07, 2019, approved appointment of Mr. Sandeep Deshmukh (Membership No. ACS-10946) as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Person), who will also be the Compliance Officer for the purpose of Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, effective November 08, 2019. Mr. Sandeep Deshmukh has more than 25 years of experience in Company Secretarial and Compliance area and has worked with the companies like Reliance Industries, Castrol and Sterlite Technologies.
