     This is with reference to our intimation dated November 1, 2018 informing about the order dated October 31, 2018 passed by the Hon'ble Tribunal in Company Scheme Application No. 922 of 2018 ('Order') directing the Company to convene the meetings of its equity shareholders and the secured creditors on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, for the purpose of considering and approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (the Company), IndusInd Bank Limited, the Company and IndusInd Financial Inclusion Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme').
    As directed by the Hon'ble Tribunal, the meetings of the equity shareholders and secured creditors of the Company will be held at the day, date, time and place mentioned herein below.
