     FINAL DIVIDEND:

    The Board of Directors has recommended a Dividend of Rs.12/- per equity share subject to the approval of the members; if approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 22, 2018, the Company will arrange to pay the Dividend on August 24, 2018.
