We would like to inform that NIIT Limited ('Company') has been complying with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and relevant price sensitive information are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges from time to time, within the stipulated timelines.
