     Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Kranti Sinha (DIN: 00001643), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Board of the Company, have retired from the Board of the Company upon completion of his tenure on July 26, 2020 and pursuant to this he ceased to be Chairman and Independent Director of the Company from today w.e.f July 27, 2020. The Board of the Company, place on record the appreciation of services.
