Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform that the company has been appointed as Project Implementing Agency (PIA)/Training Partner and assigned the work of execution and implementation of the skill development programme under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), a skill development and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. It is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) - tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspirations of rural youth.
Details regarding this project are enclosed herewith as Annexure I as per the Requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
