     DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 18, 2019, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%), out of the net profit of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2019.
