     Dear Sir/ Madam,

    Please note that in terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company had received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder as per attachment.

    The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder(s) and have informed the Company about the same on July 13, 2019 (Proof of date of receipt of intimation is enclosed herewith as Annexure A).

    Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform you accordingly.
