JSWSL had filed an application before the Hon'ble NCLT seeking clarifications/modifications in relation to the Resolution Plan submitted by JSW Steel Limited (JSWSL) for Vardhman Industries Limited as approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, by its order dated December 19, 2018 under S. 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (NCLT Order).
The Hon'ble NCLT, by its order dated January 7, 2019 (received by JSWSL yesterday), was pleased to issue notice on such application and deferred the implementation of the order dated December 19, 2018 till the passing of clarification by the Regular Bench.
