     Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 14, 2019, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share (30%) of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
