     Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2019, inter alia, has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 2/- per share (200% on shares of face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year 2019-20. The dividend will be paid on November 28, 2019.
