     Dear Sir,

    As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from the start of every quarter till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of consideration and approval of financial results. Accordingly, the period of closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been in operation with effect from 1st October, 2019.

    Please note that the re-opening of Trading window for dealing in the Shares of the Company will be effective from 17th November, 2019.
