     This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 1st August 2018 at New Delhi, inter-alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018.

    A circular under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 issued is attached as Annexure-1 for your information and compliance. Pursuant to this circular, the Company has decided that the Trading Window shall remain closed under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from Wednesday, the 18th July, 2018 from 6.00 p.m. to up to 48 hours from the disclosure of financial results on 1st August, 2018
