     We would like to inform you that Mr. Kishor Kikani has resigned from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 25th December, 2021 i.e. after closure of working hours on 24th December, 2021 due to his personal reason. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Kishor Kikani also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor may be appointed within due time and the same shall be intimated to stock Exchange.
