     Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 03, 2019 to May 04, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 25, 2019.

    The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at 60th AGM, shall be paid on and from May 15, 2019.
