     In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it may be noted that Mrs. Rekha Warriar (DIN: 08152356), Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of the Company, with effect from today, due to her other personal commitments that have come up now. Resignation letter is as attached. The Board has placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions, made by Mrs. Warriar to the Company, during her tenure and shall be appointing a woman director on the board in due course.
