     We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 35,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 16th September 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

    The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 524,04,82,128 (262,02,41,064 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 524,05,52,628 (262,02,76,314 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
