     In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. a t the Registered Office of the Company situated at E/27, Commerce Centre, 78, Tardeo Road, Mumbai - 400034 to inter-alia consider and declare the first interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any, and to fix the record date for the same and to transact the other business as per the attached letter.

    The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, August 22, 2020 which is the record date fixed for the purpose.
