     Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2018 to August 07, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 07, 2018.

    The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
