     In terms of our Intimation dated March 20, 2020, we had informed that the 'trading window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 01 April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31 March, 2020.

    Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code for Internal procedure and conduct for regulating, monitor and reporting of trading by insiders, the 'Trading Window' would again be required to be closed from July 01, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for Quarter ending on 30th June, 2020.
