     Please note that the Hindalco Industries Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 formulated in accordance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits)Regulations, 2014 has been duly approved by the Board of Directors and the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 21st September, 2018 .
