In compliance of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please be informed that the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata has sanctioned vide its Order dated 8th November, 2019, the 'Scheme of Arrangement' filed by the Company under section 230 and 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 by approving the demerger of the Tyre business of the Company to a separate Company Birla Tyres Ltd with effect from the 1stday of January, 2019.
