The Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2021 along with Auditor''s Report with Unmodified Opinion and Declaration by the Company.
2. The appointment of M/s. Jaymin Modi & Co. company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for the year 2021-2022.
3. The Appointment of M/s. Ashok Choudhary & Associate, Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
4. Any other Matter with the permission of the Chairman.
