V.I.P.INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 7th November, 2019, inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019.
In view of the aforesaid Board meeting, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, 1st October, 2019 to Saturday, 9th November, 2019 (both days inclusive) for all its designated person(s) and their immediate relatives.
