     In terms of the 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons' adopted by the Company, and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the clarification given by BSE Ltd. on 2nd April, 2019, and the intimation dated 27th September, 2019 of the Company it is reiterated that the Trading Window had been closed from Tuesday, 1st October, 2019 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the second Quarter of FY 2019-20 are approved at the Board Meeting and become generally available.
