We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the company has fixed Saturday 21st September, 2024 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of e-voting of the company and book closure dates would be from Sunday, 22nd September, 2024 to Saturday, 28th September, 2024, both day inclusive for the purpose of the 13th AGM of the members of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, 28th September, 2024 at 12.00 P.M. at the Registered office of the company.
