     We would like to inform you that the company has initiated time to time to BSE of all the events which has impact on the operation and performance of the Company which include price sensitive information as required to be disclosed under regulation 30 and other regulation of SEBI (LODR ) Regulation 2015. Therefore the movement is purely due to the market condition and apparently market driven on which the company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
