     Board Meeting Outcome for Revised Outcome | 09/12/24 19:28 
     In response to the query received by the Exchange, on 11th September, 2024, we hereby re-submit signed copies of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2024 as adopted by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 28th August, 2024. The Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements remain unchanged with respect to the disclosures in the same. However, since the Company had inadvertently uploaded unsigned copies of the Financial Statements, we have now attached herewith signed copies in machine readable format.
