We would like to inform you that the 14th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Shareholders ('the Shareholders' or the 'Members') of Concord Control Systems Limited (formerly known as Concord Control Systems Private Limited) ('Concord' or 'the Company') will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM') facility to transact the businesses as set forth in the Notice of 14th AGM dated September 02, 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2023-24. The Annual Report containing the Notice is also uploaded on the Company's website and can be accessed at www.concordgroup.in.
