V-GUARD INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), notice is hereby given that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the registered office of the Company to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2024 along with Limited Review Report. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and with reference to our earlier intimation dated June 26, 2024, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed upto 48 hours after communication of the said results to the stock exchanges.
