     Pyxis Finvest Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2016.

    In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, shall remain closed from October 26, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board meeting to the Stock Exchange.
