     Updates on ensuing Q3 results on Jan 29, 2015 | 1/21/2015 12:20:44 PM 
     With reference to the earlier letter dated December 29, 2014 informing that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (the Corporation) will be held on January 29, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (stand alone) of the Corporation and the un-audited consolidated financial results, for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation, In this connection, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that since the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited will be meeting at a date later to the said board meeting of the Corporation for approving their financial results, the Board of Directors of the Corporation at the meeting scheduled to be held on January 29, 2015 shall now inter alia consider and approve only the un-audited financial results (stand alone) of the Corporation for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2014, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation.
