Further to our intimation dated 11th August, 2017, we are pleased to inform you that Indo Count Industries Limited has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary; 'HOMETEX GLOBAL DMCC' ('the Company') in Dubai, UAE, registered with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCCA) with the capital of AED 50,000. The proof of Registration and Trading License were received by us on 27th November, 2017, wherein the Registration Certificate was dated 8th November, 2017 and Trading License was dated 23rd November, 2017.
Further, the details required under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 in relation to the Incorporation of the aforementioned wholly owned subsidiary was provided in our letter dated 11th August, 2017.
