     In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, it is hereby informed that the Company, is further introducing super energy efficient BLDC Fan SS-32 which gives 60% Energy Saving over any other conventional fan. (Copy of the proposed news-letter is enclosed for your reference).

    Surya, will continue to invest in product development, new technology and will launch this BLDC fan with 36" / 56' sweep and decorative versions. All these efforts shall be suitably backed with TV commercials, print advertisement and other promotional activities.
