This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting scheduled to be held on 26th May, 2017, will interalia, be considering the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017. Further it is informed, that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015 (the Code) framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all connected person as defined in the Code from 20th May, 2017 to 28th May, 2017 (both days inclusive).
