Sub : Change in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2018
Pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:
1. Resignation of Mr. P. D. Chaudhari, Wholetime Director designated as Executive Director - Manufacturing and Technical from the Board of the Company with effect from the close of business on 31st March, 2018.
2. Appointment of Mr. Anuj Jain as Wholetime Director of the Company designated as Executive Director - Marketing, Manufacturing and Technical for a period of 5 years from 1st April, 2018, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
A list of Directors of the Company upto the close of business on 31st March, 2018 and a revised list of Directors effective 1st April, 2018 are enclosed. You are requested to take the same on record.
