     Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Bank at its meeting held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs. 1.20 (Rupee One and paise twenty only) per equity share (Face Value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up) for the FY 2016-17 subject to declaration at the ensuing 21st AGM of Shareholders' of the Bank.
