Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Limited will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, inter alia
1. To consider the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017.
2. To consider offering or inviting for subscription of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders of Sterlite Technologies Limited, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from January 02, 2018 to January 19, 2018 (both days inclusive).
