Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, intimation be and is hereby given that 177th Board Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at New Delhi to consider, inter alia the reviewed un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2017.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the Code) of the Company read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) from October 14, 2017 to October 26, 2017 (both days inclusive).
