     We wish to inform you that pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act') read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company will be conducting postal ballot for obtaining approval of the shareholders for which notices were dispatched on Thursday, 6th July, 2017.

    We enclose a copy each of the Notice of postal ballot seeking the shareholder's consent to increase in the limit under Section 186 of the Act from the present Rs. 1000 crores to Rs. 2500 crores ('the limit') and to invest/furnish security etc. in /for the Company's subsidiary to the extent mentioned in the Notice, within the limit; postal ballot form, consent of scrutinizer and calendar of events.
