    We have to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2017.

    Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company has intimated its Directors and other designated persons regarding the closure of trading window from June 23, 2017 to July 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2017.
