     In this matter, we inform you as under: The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 24th March, 2017 at Pune inter-alia to consider the proposal of raising of Equity capital of the Bank by way of Preferential Allotment to Government of India (GOI), subject to necessary approvals/ permissions in regard to the communication received from Government of India vide its letter No. F.No.F/38/2014-BOA dated March 16, 2017 regarding Capital allocation plan of Rs. 300/- crore to the Bank. We request you to consider the above information pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
